Shipment

What shipping options are available and what are their costs?

At Amalia de Luna, if you live in mainland Spain, we'll ship your order free of charge on purchases over €59 . For orders under €59, the standard shipping cost is €4.95. From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive it within a maximum of 3 business days. If you require express shipping, the shipping cost is €5.95 and you will receive it the day after it leaves the warehouse.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the cost is €7.95 for standard delivery (within 2 to 3 days) and €9.95 for express shipments, with delivery the day after leaving our warehouse.

We also ship to Portugal, with a cost of €5.95 for delivery within 1 to 2 business days. For other European destinations, see the table for our delivery areas.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Shipping outside Europe & the Canary Islands

We cannot determine the exact delivery date. Rates do not include taxes, customs fees, or other costs that may apply to international shipping in each country.


Where do you receive your order? Can I provide multiple addresses?

Your purchase will be delivered to the address you provide: your home, work, or any other location of your choice. You can add new or delete shipping addresses within your Customer Account.


What is the status of my order?

When your order leaves our warehouse, we send you an email confirming that it has been handed over to the courier company.


What happens if my package arrives and no one is home?

The shipping agency will deliver to the address you provided. If no one is home, they will attempt to contact you by phone or make a second delivery the following day.



Buying Guide

How to buy in the store?

You can access the items from the navigation menu at the top of each page, or use our search to find a specific item. Enter the item name, reference, color, category, or style.

Once you've selected your product, choose the color and size. If you have any questions, there's a link to check your correct size. Click "Add to Bag."

Afterward, you can continue browsing more products or complete your purchase. To do so, go to the shopping bag, which you'll find in the top right corner of the screen. Create an account or enter your email and password if you're already registered.

Make sure your information and address are correct, select a payment method: Visa/Mastercard, bank transfer, or PayPal. Confirm your order and submit the payment.

Once you've completed this procedure, check your email account to see if you've received an order confirmation email with the tracking code.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact Customer Service at (+34) 676 641 856 or email clientes@amaliadeluna.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it will be canceled or modified, as it may have already been processed.

If you have received your order and would like to make a return or exchange, please refer to the return instructions in the Returns and Exchanges section of our store. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange or refund according to your request.


Can Amalia de Luna cancel your order?

Yes, Amalia de Luna can cancel your order if the product is out of stock, or if she detects a problem with the payment or delivery address.

If for any reason your order needs to be canceled, we will contact you to inform you and immediately issue the corresponding refund to the same account you used at the time of purchase. The refund may take a few days depending on communication with your bank.

Additionally, if there is a typographical error (in price, size, etc.) on the amaliadeluna.com website, we may also cancel your order, provided you are notified of the incident.


Can I make a purchase without registering?

Yes, you have the option to make your purchase as a guest without registering on the website. We will only ask for the necessary information to process the shipment.

The advantage of creating an account is, among others, that you won't need to enter your shipping information again on future purchases.


Can I place an order by phone?

All orders must be placed online, but our customer service team can place your order as a guest.

If you prefer to create your account in-store, we'll guide you through the steps. You can call our customer service line at (+34) 676 641 856 .

Our opening hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.


Can I buy from any country?

We currently ship to Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands only), Portugal, and select European countries (France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Austria), but you can purchase from anywhere in the world.



Pay

What payment methods are accepted?

Amalia de Luna accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, and RED 6000 DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD . For debit card payments, the charge will be made in real time.

Payment is made through the 100% secure Redsys payment platform.

PAYPAL You can choose this option as your payment method and you will be redirected to the PayPal page. You'll only need to enter your PayPal account details to make the payment. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one before completing your order.

BANK TRANSFER If you choose this payment method, you'll need to make a bank transfer to our account, which you'll receive upon purchase. The order will be shipped once the transfer is received, so it may take a few days for the transfer to be processed .

Security

For AMALIA DE LUNA, the security of our customers' online purchases is paramount. All transactions are carried out through secure payment systems, and confidential payment information is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the bank.

All card payments are made through the Redsys Integrated Server, a secure payment platform developed under the standards and specifications of international brands ( Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, J-Secure... ), which ensures its reliability.


Is VAT included in the final price?

Yes, all prices include 21% VAT.


When will the purchase amount be charged to the credit card?

The transaction will be charged to your account after your bank verifies your card details and authorizes payment for the purchase. Once payment is complete, you will receive an email confirming your order.


Why might my payment be declined?

The bank may have rejected your card payment for various reasons:

1. The card is expired.
2. The card has reached its payment limit.
3. The card is not enabled for online purchases.
4. Some data entered may not be correct.

If you received an email informing you that your order has been canceled, you can place a new order or contact us at clientes@amaliadeluna.com



Product information

What can I do if the item I want to purchase is not available online?

For questions about items not available online or out of stock in your size, please contact us by email at clientes@amaliadeluna.com .


How can I know what my size is?

You'll find detailed glove sizing information in the Size Guide section, as well as the different sizes of long gloves, so you can choose the ones that best suit your style.

Additionally, for quicker access, a link to a brief sizing guide is available on the product description pages. You'll find it to the right of the price.



Gift

Can I send a gift?

Yes, on the checkout page you can enter the recipient's shipping information and address, and your billing information.

Our shipments do not include an invoice with the price, as you can download it from your customer account.

If you'd like to include a personalized message, you can email us at clientes@amaliadeluna.com and we'll add it to your order.


What packaging does my gift come in?

All orders from amaliadeluna.com are wrapped in tissue paper in a cloth bag designed exclusively for Amalia de Luna.
