Our priority is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your gloves don't fit properly or aren't what you expected, you can request a refund or exchange.

What is the deadline for exchanging or returning an item?

You can exchange or return your gloves within 30 days of receipt.

Amalia de Luna will exchange the item for another size/model or refund the price of the returned item in its original condition and packaging. No exchanges or refunds will be issued if the product has been used, altered, or damaged. Shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Custom-made products may be exchanged for another product or size, but the amount will not be refunded.

How can I exchange or return an item?

If you wish to exchange a glove size or model , please contact us at clientes@amaliadeluna.com and indicate the exchange you require. The first size or product exchange is free within mainland Spain. For other destinations, the customer must pay the associated exchange fees.

If you prefer to make a return , follow the steps below. Please note that the customer must cover any return shipping costs, regardless of the destination.

1. Prepare your package with the delivery invoice
Package your gloves securely, in their original packaging if possible, and include the invoice you received via email with your order details. If you don't have it, you can find it under "My Orders" in your customer account. Alternatively, instead of an invoice, you can include a note indicating the first and last name or email address of the person who placed the order.

2. On your package, add the shipping address, which we will provide when you notify us of the return.

3. Make the shipment

To do this, go to the Post Office or a courier company and send your package by certified mail or with acknowledgment of receipt .

Please note that for returns by postal mail, Amalia de Luna will not accept shipments with postage due or cash on delivery, and shipping costs will not be refunded .

4. Send us a message
If you're a registered customer , log in to your account, go to My Orders , and click the " Details " button for the order containing the item you want to return. At the bottom, check the box for the product you want to exchange or return. Under " Merchandise Returns, " you'll find a space to include your message. Then, click the "Request a Return" button.
Once this last step is completed, we will receive a message that will allow us to monitor the reception of your package.

If you made your purchase as a guest , please email us at clientes@amaliadeluna.com . This will allow us to monitor the receipt of your shipment.


When will I receive my exchange or refund?

Once we receive the product at Amalia de Luna, we will verify its condition and, within 3 to 5 business days, your size exchange or return will be processed. We will do everything possible to expedite this process as much as possible.

Once the exchange or refund has been processed, we will send you an email to inform you that it has been processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds can only be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
