Our priority is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your gloves don't fit properly or aren't what you expected, you can request a refund or exchange.

What is the deadline for exchanging or returning an item?

You can exchange or return your gloves within 30 days of receipt.

Extended Christmas returns and exchanges:
All orders placed from November 28 will have an extended period for returns and exchanges until January 20, 2026.”

Amalia de Luna will exchange the item for another size/model or refund the price of the returned item in its original condition and packaging. No exchanges or refunds will be issued if the product has been used, altered, or damaged. Shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable.

The custom-made product is created especially for you, so it cannot be exchanged or returned.

How can I exchange or return an item?

If you wish to exchange a glove size or model , please contact us at clientes@amaliadeluna.com and indicate the exchange you require. The first size or product exchange is free within mainland Spain. For other destinations, the customer must pay the associated exchange fees.

If you prefer to make a return , follow the steps below. Please note that the customer must cover any return shipping costs, regardless of the destination.

1. Prepare your package
Pack your gloves securely, preferably in the original packaging, and include a note with the order reference or, if not available, the full name of the person who placed the order, along with the email address used.

2. On your package, add the shipping address:

3. Make the shipment

To do this, go to the Post Office or a courier company and send your package by certified mail or with acknowledgment of receipt .

Please note that for returns by postal mail, Amalia de Luna will not accept shipments with postage due or cash on delivery, and shipping costs will not be refunded.

4. Send us a message

Send us an email at clientes@amaliadeluna.com, so we can keep track of the receipt of your shipment.

Gift Box: Non-returnable

At Amalia de Luna, we take care of every detail. For this reason, please note that the gift box, being a special accessory for the product presentation, is not eligible for returns or refunds, even if you decide to return the gloves. We kindly ask that you do not include it in the return shipment.

When will I receive my exchange or refund?

Once we receive the product at Amalia de Luna, we will verify its condition and, within 3 to 5 business days, your size exchange or return will be processed. We will do everything possible to expedite this process as much as possible.

Once the exchange or refund has been processed, we will send you an email to inform you that it has been processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds can only be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
