Refund policy
Our priority is that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your gloves do not fit properly or are not what you expected, you may request an exchange or return.
What is the time frame for exchanges or returns?
You can exchange or return your gloves within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Christmas extended returns and exchanges: All orders placed from November 28 onwards will have an extended exchange and return period until January 20, 2026.
Amalia de Luna will exchange the item for another size/model or refund the price of the returned item, provided it is in its original condition and with tags attached. Exchanges or returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, altered, or damaged. Shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.
Custom-made products are created especially for you and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned.
How can I exchange or return an item?
If you wish to exchange for a different size or model of gloves, please contact us at clientes@amaliadeluna.com indicating the change you would like. The first size or product exchange within mainland Spain is free of charge. For other destinations, any associated costs must be covered by the customer.
If you prefer to make a return, you can do so in two ways:
Option 1: From your customer account at https://account.amaliadeluna.com, where you will find a return button.
Option 2: Following the usual process, by emailing us at clientes@amaliadeluna.com.
Please note that return shipping costs, regardless of destination, must be covered by the customer.

3. Send the package
Go to a courier company and send your package via certified mail or with delivery confirmation.
Gift box: non-returnable
At Amalia de Luna, we take care of every detail. Therefore, please note that the gift box, being a special packaging accessory, is non-returnable and non-refundable, even when returning the gloves. We kindly ask you not to include it in your return shipment.
When will I receive my exchange or refund?
Once the product is received at Amalia de Luna, we will verify that it is in good condition, and within 3 to 5 business days we will process your exchange or refund. We will do our best to speed up the process.
Once the exchange or refund has been completed, we will send you an email confirming that it has been processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds can only be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
