Information about the shop

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your gloves don´t fit perfectly or they aren´t what you expected, you can request an exchange for a new size or a refund.

How long do I have to exchange or return a product?

You can exchange or return an item within 30 days* from the date of receipt.

Amalia de Luna will exchange your gloves for another size/model or refund the labeled item in its original. It will not be possible to make the exchange or refund if the product has been used, altered or damaged. Shipping costs, if any, will not be refundable.

Products made to order may be exchanged for another product or size, but no refund will be made.

* During December the exchange or refund is extended until the end of January.

How can I exchange or return an item?


1. Prepare your package with the delivery invoice

Pack your items securely, in the original package if possible, and include the invoice you received by email with the detail of your order. If you don't have it, you can find it under "My Orders" in your customer account.

2. Include the following shipping address in your package:

3. Send your package

Send back your gloves using a registered post with acknowledgement of receipt.

Please note that when returning goods by post, Amalia de Luna will not accept deliveries on delivery or cash on delivery and that no delivery, exchange or return costs will be paid..
4. Send us a message
If you are a registered customer, log in to your account, go to My Orders and click on the "Details" button of the order where the item you want to return is located.
At the bottom, mark the check of the product you want to exchange or return and in "Returns of goods" you have a space in which you must include your message. Then click on the "Request a return" button.
Once this last step has been completed, we will receive a message allowing us to await receipt of your package.
If this last step is difficult for you, do not hesitate to contact customer service.

If you made the purchase as a guest, please send us an email to clientes@amaliadeluna.com. This will allow us to be aware of the receipt of your shipment.

When will I receive the exchange or the refund?

Once we receive the product at Amalia de Luna, we will verify the good condition of the product and, within 3 to 5 working days, we will process your size change or return. We will do our best to speed up this process as much as possible.

Once the exchange or refund has been made, we will send you an email to inform you that it has been processed. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Refunds can only be issued on the same payment system used in the purchase.
