What shipping options are available and what are their costs?
If you live in Spain (Peninsula) te enviamos tu pedido gratis we will send your order free of charge for purchases from 58€. If the cost is less, the shipping fee is 3.95€. Once it leaves our store, you will receive it within 3 working days. If you need an urgent shipment, the cost is 4.95€ and you will receive it the day after it leaves our store.
For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 7.95€ for normal delivery (2 to 3 days) and 9.95€ for urgent shipments, with delivery the day after leaving our store.
We also ship to Portugal, at a cost of 5.95 euros for deliveries of 1 to 2 working days. For other destinations in Europe, check the table for the areas where we deliver.
All orders are processed from Monday to Friday excluding holidays.

Where do you receive your order? Can I enter multiple addresses?
You will receive your purchase at your home, work or at the place you choose. You can add new delivery addresses in your customer account or delete them.
What is the status of my order?
When your order leaves our store, we send you an email confirming that it has been delivered to the courier company.
How to order at the Online Shop?
Can you cancel or modify an order?
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact customer service at (+34) 676 641 856 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will do our best to meet your request. However, once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that the purchase will be cancelled or modified, as it may have already been made.
If you have received your order and wish to make an exchange or return, please refer to the return instructions included in the Changes and Returns section of our shop. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange or refund according to your request.
Can we cancel your order?
Yes, we can cancel your order if the product is out of stock or if there is a problem with the payment or the delivery address.
If for any reason your order has to be cancelled, we will inform you to immediately make the corresponding refund in the same account you used at the time of purchase. The payment may take a few days depending on the communication with your bank.
In addition, if there is any typographical error (in price, size ...) on the web amaliadeluna.com, we can also cancel your order always notifying you of the incident.
Can I make a purchase without registering?
Yes, you can make your purchase as a guest without registering on the website. We will only ask you for the necessary details to send the delivery.
The advantage of creating an account is, among others, that in your future purchases you will not need to include the shipping information again.
Can I place an order by phone?
All orders have to be placed on the website, but our customer service team can place your order as a guest.

Can I buy from any country?
We currently ship to Spain (only Peninsula and Balearic Islands), Portugal and some European countries (France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Austria), but you can make your purchase from any country in the world.
What payment methods do we currently accept?
Amalia de Luna accepts the following payment methods:
CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO y RED 6000. For payment with debit cards the charge will be made in real time.
Payment is made through the 100% secure Redsys payment platform.
PAYPAL. You can choose this option as a payment method and you will be redirected to the Paypal page. You will only have to enter your PayPal account details to make the payment. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one before completing the order.
BANK TRANSFER. If you choose this form of payment you must make a transfer to our bank account, which you will receive when you make your purchase. The order will be sent once the transfer has been received, so it may take a few days before it becomes effective.

When will the credit card be charged?
The transaction will be charged to your account after the bank checks your card details and authorises payment for the purchase. Once the payment has been completed, you will receive an email confirming your order.
Why can my payment be refused?
The bank may have refused payment with your card for several reasons:
1. The card is expired.
2. The card has reached its payment limit.
3. The card is not enabled for online shopping.
4. Some data entered may not be correct.

How do I know my size?
You will find detailed information about the sizes of the glove in the Size Guide section, as well as the different sizes of the long gloves, so you can choose the ones that best suit your style.
In addition, you can only finda link to a a short size guide in the product description pages. You will find it located to the right of the price.
Can I send a gift?
Yes, on the purchase page you can enter the recipient’s shipping details and address, and your details at the billing address.
Our shipments do not include invoice with the price, as this can be downloaded from your customer account.
If you want to include a personalized message, you can send us an email to our email email@example.com, we’ll add it to your order.
What is the wrapping of my gift?
All orders from amaliadeluna.com are wrapped in tissue paper in a fabric bag designed exclusively for Amalia de Luna.
